Moscow Program -> Accomodations/Cost/Getting There

Your accommodations will be in the center of the city, within walking distance of many major sites, in a luxury hotel which will ensure your comfort and enjoyment. This convenient location will enable you to spend free time productively and, if you so choose, explore this amazing and historic city on your own.

Cost for the “Moscow: The Heart of Russia” program is $1,450, double occupancy, and includes:
- Transfers between Prince Kochubey Mansion in Pushkin and St. Petersburg’s train station; between the train station in Moscow and your hotel;
- Transfer, via overnight train (double-occupancy sleeping berth) from St. Petersburg to Moscow, “soft class”;
- Three night’s accommodation in a luxury, five-star, centrally-located hotel;
- Two meals each day in a variety of interesting and historic restaurants, whenever possible;
- Admissions to museums, performances and other program activities;
- The services of professional guides and program staff which will support you throughout your trip;
- Scheduled transfer from your hotel to Sheremetyevo Airport at the conclusion of “Moscow: The Heart of Russia”.
For single occupancy, the additional cost is $300.

Travelers to Russia are required to obtain tourist visas from the Russian Consulate, from a travel agent or an authorized agency. This is not a complicated process but you must begin at least six weeks prior to travel.
Regardless of how you choose to obtain your visa, you will need to provide the following documents to the agency processing your visa: Your original passport, a visa application form, passport-sized photos and a check to cover the visa processing fee. Please DO NOT send these documents to RMC.
Be aware, also, that your passport must not only be currently valid but it must also be valid for at least six months from your date of return into the U.S.
Other details about travel to Russia (currency, credit card usage, tipping, health, etc.) will be shared with you prior to your departure.
